Are you rebuilding your turbo?
Send in your compressor wheel and turbine shaft
for a complete dynamic balance performed
on our Heins TC-3 Balancing Machine.
Remember: an unbalanced turbo rebuild is not a rebuild!
Carbon build-up and housing contact result in out-of-balance components.
Process:
1. Check turbine shaft for straightness
2. Balance turbine shaft
3. Balance compressor wheel
4. Assemble compressor wheel and turbine shaft
5. Balance as a group
6. Mark location for reassembly |
